After a great deal of research the Mambo team has decided to utilize the CakePHP framework for Mambo 5.

my luck -noun

1. Having your first, and probably biggest, performance ever occur in New York on the same night as the MTV Video Awards, overbooking every reasonably priced hotel in said area

2. Having one's flight from Florida scheduled at the same time as a Tropical Storm / Minor Hurricane is threatening your neighborhood.

3. Getting on the same line-up as LTJ Bukem.

I guess #3 wins. God, I hope I don't act like an idiot.

not too shabby for our first show ever; it's not like i'm going to be actually doing anything, but it's quite kick ass that our first official performance is taking 2nd billing to LTJ bukem... i'm stoked to say the least
